These terms apply when you use the Nimde app, run by Geolytech in Ghana. By using Nimde you agree to them.

Using Nimde

• Use Nimde lawfully, and don't use it to harm, harass or deceive anyone.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around Nimde's limits or security.
• You're responsible for what you send, and for keeping your sign-in codes private.

Answers

Nimde's answers, translations and summaries are written automatically and can be wrong or out of date. Check anything important, such as fees, deadlines, medical, legal or financial matters, with the official source or a qualified person before you rely on it.

Your content

What you write and create stays yours. You let us store and process it to run Nimde for you, as described in the privacy policy.

Plans and limits

The free plan has daily limits. Paid plans give more use for the period you buy. Prices are shown before you pay. Fair-use limits apply so that Nimde stays available for everyone.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time and delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

Nimde is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, Geolytech isn't liable for losses from relying on its answers or from interruptions to the service.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will say so in the app when the change matters. The laws of Ghana apply. Questions: [email protected].
